By the way - Steve

Daryl and I are both surprised and a little miffed that neither of our mothers have posted comments yet.  Come on, moms!  Get with the program!  Your little boys miss you!  Thanks for all of you who have posted!

I think Daryl's mom has left a comment already. It's on the "Leave a Comment" post that Amy did. I'm glad that Amy fixed the settings so that anyone can post a message now. Thanks, Amy!

Kay, it's your turn now! You've been challenged!

I continue to be thrilled by your blog and the comments!

I was really inspired to see the pictures of you presenting the "gospel chariots" to the preachers, and to realize that my little donation helped with it.

The Gospel Chariots are awesome, I had not seen bikes with rod brakes since I was a teenager (some Raleigh bikes still had them when I started working bike shops). Cool bikes and what a blessing to these hard-working Christian brothers! That is just super-groovy guys, keep up the good work. Just wish I could be there to enjoy that awesome cuisine. We are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers brothers. God Bless and most definitely Godspeed on your continued journey! Tim, Trish and Zac

OK,OK, I never said that I was good with a computer. I have been sending blogs (I thought) but not correctly. So, you guys have been in my thoughts and prayers so much. I am so excited at the work that you are doing and the good times that you are having. Steve, your mom does love you and miss you very much. It is so wonderful to keep up with you. Be safe and I will see you soon - Mom Heinen

here's a funny...today on the way home from school, spencer asked, "are dad and steve sleeping in the same bed in india?" i answered, "yes, but it's a big bed like we have," thinking he was concerned about them having enough room.

then he said, "isn't that wrong?"

I replied, "no, why would that be wrong?"

he answered, "because the bible says that a man is not supposed to sleep with another man."

i wish he would always stay that innocent.

i know spencer and daryl talked about homosexuality after daryl's sermon, but apparently they didn't get too far into it!

so i told him the bible meant that it was wrong for two people of the same gender to have sex, but i wasn't prepared to explain exactly what sex is and dad can tell you when he gets back from india!

so there's another lesson you need to start preparing, preacher!

love you!

Hi Steve,

Greetings from Albania.

It seems like you and Daryl are becoming a blessings to many of the brethren there. It is amazing how much good sometimes we can do without a lot of money.

BTW I am in the process of planning a business trip to India in early December in the city of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. If you guys stay long enough, I might meet you there :)

Keep up the great work,
Sokol
